A Photo Tour – Tanna Island, Vanuatu
Photo Tour of Tanna Island in Vanuatu
After our incredible first four days in Vanuatu where we lived with a local family, visited a traditional village, were worked on by a traditional healer and drank way too much kava, we were excited to start our next chapter on the island of Tanna.
One of my top bucket list items was to see an active volcano and more specifically, see lava! Mount Yasur on Tanna Island being one of the most accessible active volcanos in the world gave us that opportunity.
More than just the volcano, Tanna has a lot to offer with white sand beaches, coffee plantations, friendly locals and lively markets.
I hope you enjoy this photo tour of Tanna!
